I have a strong track record in developing and delivering commercial growth strategies for brands with multi-million pounds in sales achieved. My career highlights include, Group Trading Director for Holland & Barrett, Trading Director at Morrisons, Marketing and R&D  Director at PZ Cussons, and Head of Trading and Head of No7 at Boots.  My mission is to help start ups develop their offering, and achieve successful collaborations with retailers.  I can help your start up understand how to gaining listings in retail, but crucially, how to make these listings commercially viable and how to maintain a long term,  profitable partnership.

I led the technology strategy for Boots stores for over 10 years and have worked with over 20 retailers, consulting on their retail operations strategy. I've been helping start ups for 5 years now and have many successes and wanted to set up a business dedicated to helping new businesses succeed. I have a great network of retailers, vendors, start ups and associates so there aren't many areas where I can't offer support.
